Full automatic vacuum suction machine
1.Product Description
1) Full automatic vacuum suction machine create a negative pressure of air flow, under this kind of situation, the material is transported through the suction tube or pipe and will be transported to another container.
2) Because the material is always during the process of transportation in vacuum, therefore, even if the pipeline leak, it will not leak to the surrounding environment.Vacuum pump produce vacuum through the vacuum conveyor equipment .Suck the material from the suction side through the suction hose.In the separation container filtering bin the air and materials will be separated.
3)The material will be collected in the bunker. Cyclone separator prevents the fine powder into the filter, in order to improve the filter efficiency.When the silo is full of material,the vacuum pump will be shut down automatically, the pressure inside conveying equipment will reach balance .
4)Discharge valve will be opened, the material through a feed inlet flow out and directly into the material storage vessel.During discharging, the filter module will be cleaned automatically by recoil air bag. The recoil special vibrator can assist material flow, to improve the efficiency of delivery of viscous material.After the tank emptying,the tank will be closed, the entire transport process will be re-started again.
