1.Product Description
1) The continuous mixer consists of a circular cylinder and a sine shaped mixture.
2) The mixing chamber is made of polished AISI304 stainless steel, containing a Nickel plated steel reinforcing stick.
3) The cavity and the reinforcing bar rotate at different speeds.
4) The cylindrical tube section of the mixing chamber is a region of the mixing operation.
5) It includes a scraper for continuous cleaning of the inner surface.
6) The purpose of the sinusoidal section is to further mixing product and improve the shape of the particle.
7) The circular cylinder is static, it is characterized by automatic lubrication and sealing, which has the function of automatic wear compensation of mechanical system.
8) The mixing chamber is equipped with inspection doors for inspection and maintenance, and the door has a quick closing system.
9) The reinforcing bar is equipped with a disc, so that the powder can realize the continuous vortex movement.
10) The modular structure makes it easier to maintain.
1) Cavity hybrid drive system installed on the damping wheel, with belt drive motor ; the driving system of reinforcing bar , including a special belt oil lubricated bearing support and with belt drive motor .
12) Machine installation in a special carbon steel frame with painting , with a shock absorber, can adjust inclination, the mobile device comprises a mini safety switch. The machine is equipped with material emptying system.
