Stone coated steel roof tiles are new metal roof materials produced with durable galvanized steel plate and takes the high quality watercraft Acrylic Resin as the adhesives, the weather resistant nature color sand or dyed nature sand as the surface layer through unique technical process. They are high technological product combining creation, composition and environment friendly.

Stone coated steel roof tiles have both the natural, good performance of traditional roof clay tiles and the excellent usability of light, high strength, durable of modern metal tiles. They are currently main high-grade roof materials in the world.

Acrylic acid polishing layer--- to increase  the brightness and  adhesiveness of color  sand and to avoid the   water leakage.

Color sand layer--- to resist the ultraviolet ray,  lower the noise when raining,  and increase the decoration    appearance. 

Acrylic acid adhesives--- to adhere the relative structure and provide protection for the bottom layer.

Protective layer--- to protect the aluminum coated zinc plate and increase the wear-proof, anti-rust performance and adhesiveness.

Aluminum coated zinc plate--- increased anti-rust  performance  and  high  heat  radiation  can  prolong  the  service  life and energy-saving as well.

Steel plate layer--- cold-rolled high strength steel plate
