3) QT4-15C Automatic paver block forming machine each part overview
Batching Plant:This is the starting point of the Production process. It consists of three loading bins and one weighing bin. It also contains blet conveyers to convey materials from loading bins to weighing bin. Batching and weighing is done by PLC control. We can load three different types of material into the loading bin.
Concrete Mixture Machine: All the ingredients are mixed in this mixture machine. The mixing time and speed is controlled by PLC. The inbuilt water pump adds water to the mix automatically, as per requirement.
Block mold machine:This is the key of the production line.It can press the mixed material.It can make various hollow block,solid brick,paver brick and kerbston.
Screw Conveyer (Optional fitment): loading bins of the This is instrumental for transporting Fly Ash from the silos(optional fitting) or cement hopper (optional fitting) to the Batching Plant.
Conveyer Belt: When the Batching plant’s weighing bin trips according to the PLC control, the material comes to this conveyer belt. The material is then carried to the Mixture Machine.
Stacker:Stacker is used to lay the block automatically,it is high effiicent and labor saving.
4.QT4-15C Automatic hollow block machine production process
1)Material dosing system
Sand ,stone chips are loaded in batching machine,batching machine will scale each materail and transpor the material to hopper in mixer,at the same time cement is stored in cement silo and is transported to the mixer by screw conveyor..
2) Mixing system
Automatic mixer machine will add the water and measure it by timer.Then mixer the cement,sand,stone chips and water.
3)Block press process
The mixed raw material will be transported to the hopper on block machine.The block machine will scatter the material in the down mould area.Then press the block into block shape.
4)Automatic stacker system
The stacker will stack the block,then use forklift to transport the block to yard for curing.

1)Day 1:Confirm machine configuration,block mould desgin,local industry voltage
2)Day 2:confirm order and pay 30% down payment(100% L/C is acceptable)
3)Day 2 to Day 47 days Machinery production period,while machine foundtion drawing will be sent by dongyue.Client can build foundation during this period
4)Day 47--Day 70:70% down payment is sent.Transportation will be arranged.
5)Day 70--day 84:Dongyue will send engineer to install the machine and train the worker.
6)One year warranty by covered by dongyue
