Product Features of SZL Series Combined Steam Boiler

 

 1,The boiler is designed to double-stum,single storey lay-out,compact structure,big heating surface area, its heating surface area is more 10% than product of the same kind.It has the advantages of sufficient outlet,safey and reliability,rapid installation,low installation fee,rtc.

 

2,There is a turbillion burn locule in the furnace,whichis used to reduce the dustiness,and at the same time, hot carbon black particles are burned further,so thermal efficiency is improved,smoke blackness is reduced. Smoke emission concentration can conform to the emission regulation of first class regions of the state.

 

 3,Travelling grape takes several patent technologies such as small roller structure and side grate,etc.,which improves the liability of the boiler.

 

4,The wind entered the closed wind room from both sides,and machining conical surface sealing structure is applied to bilateral grate air distribution device,which can improve the sensitivity.This technology is protected by national patent.

 

 5,This series boiler is appraised as firet-class product by Mechanical-Electronice Ministry.They got the following award,which are national escellent energy-saving generalized product,and excellent enery-saving product of shandong province.
