5.Advantages of the Machine

1. The unique bidirectional isostatic pressing is employed.

2. This machine can be automatically adjusted to make the bricks with the 

density you desired.

3. With the touch-screen operation and display, the possible breakdown caused by 

the environment conditions can be reduced.

4. The mould supporting plate can be used for at least 250,000 times, and it can 

be easily replaced.

5. Both the upper and lower moulds are made of non-sticky materials, thus 

ensuring the cleanness of the finished product.

6. Due to the sectional pressurizing and exhausting functions, the air can be 

fully discharged during the pressing process. Therefore, the bricks has no 

cracks after autoclaved.

7. The unique material distribution function makes sure the uniform mixing in 

the former procedure.

8. Our machine can automatically check whether the product is qualified or not.

9. When installed with the mould to produce porous blind-hole bricks, this 

machine can immediately make the ones with the size of 240×115×90 or 

240×115×115, after having been added with proper amount of raw materials. Also, 

it can make the porous blind-hole blocks with the size 240×190×90 or 

240×190×115. The solid bricks produced by this machine come with the size of 

240×115×53.
