Basic Requirements on AAC:
1.Land -minimum 2.5 acres for 50000 and 3 acres for 1 L capacity. Most of the land is for storage of raw materials and finished products. Shed area = less than 20000 sft.
2.Electricity required for a fly ash based aac = 500 KVA (uptp 1.5 Lakhs per annum, for basic Configuration.
3.Investment- 9 cr and 11 cr except land (upgradable)
4.Water required is 300 Lts per CM. Thus per day water requirement is 100 Tons of water per day.
5.Pollution category- Green. U can get carbon credits for this also, and green incentives from government. Also the power plant may help u in setting up the plant if u have good rapport and reputation. They are required to do it officially.
6.The AAC Project for 150000 CM/Annum capacity Plant.......installed in 3 phases to maximize the productivity, and marketing capacity, and minimizing the Gestation period time.

Dongyue ensures all employees a safe and healthy work environment by improving the processing of raw materials through rational planning of the raw materials storage,to avoid the harm of dust, noise, solid waste etc.
Slurry binder, cementing agent, regulator and aluminium powder are measured by the corresponding automatic measurement scales.
After high-speed mixing, pouring into the mold box, and bubble sort out. The system consists of a PLC automation control to ensure accurate and efficient process running.

The steady curing can avoid the damage to the inside parts during the aluminite process. The bottom clearing as well as the efficient cutting machine are the main parts
among all of the six sides cutting scheme provided by Dongyue.
The cake obtains the final strength and performance after steam-cured in the autoclave. The final products improve the qualified rate of our products and can
separate the bricks and wall panels at one time with the newly developed packaging system by Dongyue.
