Description

Foam glass is a good material for cold insulation,it is high strengh,low thermal conductivity ,low water absorption,humidity resistance,freezing resistance,anti-corrosion and otheradvantages,but the surface of foam glass is breakable .we use wear-resistant agent to prevent the difference in high temperature influence of the enquipment or pipe when foam glass is used in multi-layer cold insulation.you can daub the wear-resistant agent on the foam glass in order to strenghen the wear resistance of it ,reduce the loss of cold energy,meanwhile extend the life time of the equipment.

In 1983,Dehe cooperated with Mr Shengrong Ye (majored in high polymer ) and Mr Fagao Zhang (majored in cryogenic engineering ) from Zhejiang University to develop the wear-resistant agent,the products was tasted both in the high polymer and cryogenic engineering teaching and research section in Zhejiang University.It was eligible in technical function,high quality,welcomed by customers.

Cohesive force:use it on the foam glass,dry after 20 minutes,minutes,mainly no drop after 20 minutes,mainly no drop after 6 hours when scrape by finger.Service temperature:-196℃~+100℃ test method

Heat resistance:smear wear-resistant agent on the foam glass,put it into the electrothermal constant-temperature dry box after it dry.
