Sl-Type Water Filters
SL-type water filters are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, paper making, medicine, food, mining, electricity, urban water supply area. Such as industrial waste water, recycled water filtration, emulsion regeneration, oil filter processing, metallurgical industry, continuous casting water systems, blast furnace water systems, hot-rolled high-pressure water descaling system. Is an advanced, efficient and easy to operate automatic filter.
Equipment, structure and working principle of:
SL-type water filters from the shell, multi-filter, anti-washing agencies, electric control box, reducer, electric valves and differential pressure controller, such as components. Diaphragm within the shell of its lumen is divided into upper and lower two cavity, the cavity is equipped with multiple filter core, so that full advantage of the filtering space, significantly reduced the size of filter, installed under the cavity backwash sucker. Work, the turbid liquid filters through the entrance into the next chamber, then through the partition hole into the cavity filter. Throughout the process, the material constant flow of backwash water consumption to achieve a continuous, automated production.
