≡Brief Introduction
1. A bucket elevator is used to elevate bulk materials vertically.
2. The elevator consists of
—Buckets to contain the material
—A belt to carry the buckets and transmit the pull
—A means to drive the belt
—Accessories for loading the buckets or picking up the material, for receiving the discharged material, for maintaining the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator
3. A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps, such as coal, cement, gravel, sand, clay, mineral ore, grain, fertilizer etc.
4. The maximum hoisting height is 20m. The temperature of conveying material is less than 60°C.
