Chain Bucket Elevator
1.Product principle
The hopper scoop up the material from the nether storage, raising to the top along with the conveyor
belt or chain. After bypassing the top wheel it turns downward, and the bucket elevator dumpe the material into the tank.
2.Applications
The bucket elevator applies to vertically transport powder, granular, and small lumps which is bulk materials,
such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore and so on. The maximum height is 40m.
3.Features
1)Simple structure, stable operation.
2)Digging-type loading, centrifugal gravity unloading.
3)The material temperature does not exceed 60 ° C.
5)TD-type is designed according to JB3926-85<<Vertical bucket elevator>>standard
6)It has high transmission efficiency, and the hopper form is more preferred.
