Product features
1.Using DIN15261-1986 standards,Conformity with JB/design and manufacture of T7679-45 the LS spiral screw conveyor "professional standards.
2.U shaped groove and its spiral diameter for 100 ~ 1250mm,Altogether eleven kinds of specifications, divided into single driven and double drive two forms.Single drive screw conveyor's maximum length is 35m,among them LS1000, LS1250 type of the maximum length 30m.
3.Screw conveyor intermediate crane ba-alloyed bearing rolling, sliding interchangeable two kinds of structure, small resistance, sealing strong, wearability.
4.Adopts steel tube conveying cone, big rigidity, good sealing, no leakage, improve the working environment.
5.Transmission device choose motor straight league type cycloidal reducer, big power, noise is small, compact structure, reliable drive.
6.The machine can level or tilted installation, cover an area of an area small, installation and easy to use. The high reliability, long life, good adaptability, easy installation and maintenance.
Product use
Screw conveyor includes screw, machine chamfer, hanger, feeding and unloading mouth, transmission device etc parts, used to transport powder or small pieces of material. Material temperature less than 200 °C, screw machine is not suitable for conveying easy metamorphism, viscous big, easy to agglomerate materials.
