Jinan Xin Jiyuan Special Section Co.,LTD locates in Jinan where is the capital of Shan Dong province. Our company established in 1997. We have 16 years’ experience in producing square pipe and rectangular pipe. In order to expand our company, we invest RMB 16 million to build our new factory in 2011. 3. Manufacturing Process:
1).Directly into Square: make continuous angle deformation of cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel plate directly, and then by high frequency welding form a rectangular steel tube forming method. Also known as square-square method.
2). Round to square: make continuous angle deformation of cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel plate directly, and then by high frequency welding form a round steel tube forming method, though the reshaping finally form a rectangular steel tube forming method. Also known as round to square method.
