Introduction
we have developed the latest beer filling machine in accordance with the technological requirements for packing beer in glass bottles by adopting advanced technologies both at home and abroad. Description
This machine design on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technology,and integrates washing,filling and capping function in one unit,and mainly for filling glass bottle carbonated drink,such as spirit,cola,cocktail,etc,adopts high precision machanical filling valves,has features of no bottle,no vacuuming.
Opening gear combined gear box transmission,with engaging and disengaging gear device,frequency conversion extends the speed modulation range.This machine has self oil lubrication device so than the lubrication points could be lubricated regularly in time.The machine is high efficiency,low noise and long life.The some parts of machine can be adjusted by different sizes bottle.the level is controlled by the electric probe to assure the precise the liquid level.
Features
1.With high precision me chanical filling valves,our beer filling machine stops vacuumizing when there are no bottles.
2.The beer filling machine is equipped with external mechanical valve,inside which there is no spring or sealing element.
3.With high pressure frothing device,it is capable of double vacuum-pumping.
4.The beer filling machine makes use of combined transmission by open gear and gearbox,and adopts frequency conversion stepless speed control,extending the speed modulating scope.
5.The machine has an antomatic lubricating device so that the lubrication points can be automatically lubricated regularly in time.Also,our beer filling machine has high transmission efficiency,low noise and long life.
6.In case of the blowout due to poor quality of the bottles during gas or beer filling,the filling valve will automatically close and the auto-cleaning device will work to treat the broken bottles.
7.With a full stainless steel magnetic hopper,the unscrambling, feeding and discharging of crown caps are all performed by magnetic force.The caps are free from deforming,and can flow smoothly in large quantities during transmission.
8.The capper has the function of automatic deloading,which helps lower the bottle breakage.
9.For the centering guide of our beer filling machine,we adopt double guide-bar mechanism,with the function of pre-covering which allows stable and reliable bottle transferring.
10.The movement of the wine jars and capping heads is driven by electricity in order to fit bottles of different sizes.
11.The material height in the tank is controlled by electric probe so as to ensure precise liquid level and reliable filling.
Characteristics
(1) The whole machine adopts card bottle hanging running state design, so that the bottle under high-speed operation stable and reliable. Change a few fittings, Can be quickly and easily implement different bottle production need.
(2) Using a new generation of tilting bottles clamp, stainless steel clamps and the bottle thread above part does not contact, bottle clamp with shower, to wash the bottle of any part of the wall.
(3) Using advanced micro gravity type negative pressure filling principle, filling fast, stable and accurate. Silos is fully enclosed structure, there is the function of temperature control and automatic reflow, and provide the CIP cleaning interface.
(4) This machine satisfies the requirement :of below 95 degrees Celsius hot filling technology, before-capping, equipped with bottle R.O. water flushing device, To ensure that the bottle no moldy phenomenon.
(5) Using magnetic torque type screw cap, Pincer-like device tight and reliable and does not hurt cover.
(6) The machine adopts the man machine interface, PLC computer control, touch screen button. there is lack of cover, overload protection and alarm device, can timely detection and troubleshooting, high degree of automation of production
(7) And material contact parts adopt high quality stainless steel manufacturing, the main electric components and pneumatic components adopt international famous manufacturers.
