Details:

a. Rinsing, filling ,capping 3 in 1 machine.

 

b. The suspending bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle be stable during the high-speed running situation. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production for different types of bottles easily.

 

c. The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle’s screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle. The special filling valve makes the filling speed fast and the filling liquid level control exactly

 

d. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted step. Capping is stable,reliable and do no harm to the caps.

1.Rinsing machine

 

-Rotative rinsing turret one treatment, fixed nozzles, with grippers.

-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet starwheel while they are still driven by the starwheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.

-After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down and centred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.

2. Filling machine

-The starwheels drive the bottles always by the neck through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design.

- The filling valves are fully made of stainless steel with food grade, sterilization-resisting plastic gaskets. The valves are secured to the bowl and allow easy assembly and disassembly.

3. Capping machine

-Rotative capping turrent, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles

-The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads.

-The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam
