Features:

The machine are combined by CD61100 lathe , Welding control cabinet, transformer roller and wire press unit. it has strongpoint of welding hole distance

 

Usage: the welding joint of mineral filtrating mesh, coal washing mesh and centrifugal basket.

 

The main parameter:

1. The diameter of the canister: 30mm-1200mm
2. Slot distance: slot >0.1mm when diameter of canister <350mm; the slot >0.25mm when diameter of canister <600mm; the slot >0.3mm when diameter of canister <800mm
3. Length of canister: Length <6000mm
4. Material: low carbon galvanized steel ( LCG ) and stainless steel ( SS-304 )welding or threaded     
5. V-wire size: diameter 2mm-5mm
6. Rod size: diameter 2mm-5mm
