1. This machine can weld 0.4-2.5mm ,the raw material can be blace wire , galvanized wire , stainless steel wire
2. For the wire feeding ,both longitude wire and cross wire are feed automatically from wire coils
3.The edge cutter and middle cutter can adjust freely , So you can get regular edge and 2 or 3 rolls mesh at the same time
4.You can set the mesh roll length by counter switch on the control panel
5.Both welding time and welding current is adjustble on control panel to adjust the welding degree

Q:What's the machine price?
A: We need to know your wanted wire diameter,mesh openning size and mesh width,then we will offer you a resonable price.
Q:What's the production capacity?
A:If cross wire space is 1/2'', our machine can weld about 90m length per hour.If cross wire space is 1'',our machine can weld about about 180m length per hour.
Q: Can you make volatage according to my requirement?
A: Yes,we can make 3 phase 380V/220V/415V/440V,50HZ or60HZ etc.
Q:What's the payment terms?
A:30%T/T in advance,70%T/T before shipment,or 100% irrceocable L/C at sight,or cash etc. It is negotiable.
1.Guarantee time: one year since machine was at buyer's factory but within 18 months against B/L date.
2.Within guarantee time, if any components are broken under normal condition, we can change for free.
3.We can send our best technician to buyer’s factory for installation, debugging and training.
4.Complete installation instructions, circuit diagram, manual operations and machine layout.
