Product Description
Steel Wire Mesh Welding Machines JK-RM-2500B adopts synchronous control technique, welding time and separate welding are controlled by automation control system&HMI, operation more intelligent. The main frame is welded by thick steel plate and sections, which makes the main structure more compact and solid. Frequency control with brake motor matching helical gear reducer connect the main shaft, ensure the welding is more stable and efficient. Welding electronic using one compression but power transimission by separate method, that is, when weld a cross wire, the welidng transformer working sparately, to reduce the requirements for power transformer.
1.Cross wire automaitc-input-hopper: adopts stepper motor driving disc device to fallen wire automatically, sending wire one by one, so that the wire is placed more accurate.
2. Line wire automaitc-input device:adopts servo motor driving pneumatic clamping sending wire device to send the wire to the welding position, which save more time to place the wire.(optional)
3. Drawing mesh device: adopts servo motor driving pneumatic clamping drawing mesh system, which makes the mesh size more accurate, drawing size adjustable by touch screen input, and multiple mesh size can be set on the same mesh, giving customers flexibility and convenience in production, continuous reciprocating drawing mesh to achieve longer mesh production.
4. Electric control cabinet: panasonic PLC automaitc control system, with touch screen input, makes the operation more intelligent and simplity.
5. Welding transformer: apots a new efficient epoxy mastic with water cooling system mesh welding dedicated welding transformer, compared to traditional reansformer, it have more small size, high security and reliability.
6. welding part: copper electrode and connect wires and wire trucking device
