Steel wire mesh welding machines JK-RM-2500B characteristic:
1. high flexibility for producing the most different type and sizes of wire mesh with fast and simple change-over.
2. high speed:45-75 cross wires/minute
3. infeed cross wire section: automatic wire loading carriage with wire hopper for loading pre-cut cross wires; the machines will auto-order and eject wires.
3. infeed line wire section: manually or automatically; mounted on servo motor auto-fed the line wires to the welding position, save time.
4. output section: mounted on servo motor, gripping pliers move base on the pitch set, carrying the welded mesh to the next work section.
5. welding section:based on the wire pitch, the machine can adjust the electrodes, and gripping pliers, fully adjustable welding parameter(time, current, ect)
6. machine control system: The HMI (human-machine interface) links with P.L.C all parameter are set using the touch scteen, easy to operate and maintain.
