Steel bar mesh welding machines characteristic:
1. Using range-For the manufacture of engineered mesh as well as standard reinforcing mesh in sheet. Both hot-rolled wire and cold-rolled wire are available by patented welding technology.
2. Welding system-Import pneumatic parts(such as cylinders),which are leader brands, ensure the welding speed, pressure and intensity, and ensure the action
accurately, environment adaptability and safety.
3. Patented technical welding circuit ensure the intensity while welding hot-rolled wire up to 12mm.
4. Line wire feeding system-Servo motor which ensure the mesh dimension and increasing the welding speed to increase the production which is up to
20 - 50 thousand tons every year.
