Sawdust drum dryer/drying machine in good quality
Rotary dryer shows the features of perfect drying effect, easy operation, high efficiency and easy control of drying. It takes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air.
This equipment makes the combination of roller and pipes which increase the drying strength and reduce the manual power. This is the ideal equipment for drying raw materials with high humility.
Rotary drying machine, also called pipeline type dryer, adopting twice circulate heating system, is our newly developed advanced drying equipments, and show the features of automatic feeding, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity. Moisture in the raw materials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used dryer machine.
1. After installation, start the blower, check the direction it runs and see if the suction at the material inlet is normal.
2. Tie up a bag whose both ends are open around the outlet of the dust catcher.
3. Feed the material to be dried to the hopper. Remove large grain in the material before drying, which will benefit drying speed.
4. Put fuel into the furnace and light it, start the blower. When the air temperature at the outlet of the blower get to 100°C, begin feeding and drying.
5. Large piece of the material at dregs-outlet must be removed, which is favorable to feeding.
1.The bagasse dryer is mainly consist of the heating furnace, feeding port, rotating cylinder, separator, discharging port, air blower.
2.The rotating cylinder is between the driving roller and driving roller ,it's driven by the by motor.
3.The rotating cylinder is equipped with heating furnace besides the inlet, in the rotating drum is stirring blades .
4.The brewer`s grains after drying falling through the effect of the blower from the separator.
5.The brewer`s grains in and out though the converyor ,save manpower.

10.Finished product tempreture lower than 60°C, packing can be done continuously.
