1. Oil palm dryer plant is a good quality fuel source, with high heat value, it can be burnt directly or make pellet as well.
2. The oil palm fiber is mainly used for making coconut fiber pellet product, most of our customers in Southeast Asia make good quality pellet with coconut shell and cocobut fiber material.
3. BSM can supply the good quality machines for coconut shell shredding, coconut fiber spinning machine, coconut fiber pellet making machine.
The coconut shell rotary dryer machine is mainly composed by the revolving body, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components. So it has the advantages of reasonable structure, perfect in workmanship, high yield, low energy consumption, convenient to operate.
1. The internal adopts assembled structure which has improved the accuracy of the equipment and it is easy to transport and install.
2. According to the characteristics of different fertilizers ,we have arranged the second granulation zone reasonably so as to improve the granulation effect .
3. Adopts assembled hoist board so as to exchange heat fully and lower the energy consumption .
4. Temperature induction monitor ,uniform vibration and airproof setting , which improve performance and productivity efficiently .

1. The raw material plate is arranged conveniently to allow adjustable angle positions.
2. The material to be dried is inserted to the rotary cylinder through the raw material plate.
3. Hot air flows within the cylinder causing the separation of water from the material by converting it into vapor which is discharged into the atmosphere. At this point, the material becomes dry.
1. We can provide you with consulting , whole plant layout and design, starters, PLC whole plant automation including burner control, fabrication of cyclones, conveyors, log decks, hoppers, diverters, chutes, structural frame work and anything else that might be required during installation.

4. We can and have done everything from ground up installations to simple ductwork replacement.
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
