Wood chips sawdust dryer is mainly consist of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc. Its principle of operation: the raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dryed.
1. Sawdust drying equipments include heating furnace, feed port, rotating cylinder, delivery pipe, dirt catcher and discharge port.
2. Wet sawdust is continuously sent to the drying cylinder by a conveyor.
3. The material boils and fluidifies in the cylinder. Heat air makes full contact with the material.
4. Being delivered and scattered by the high-speed hot air, water in the wet material is evaporated.
5.The sawdust gets fully dried in the rotating cylinder, thus the quality is ensured.
1. BSM Sawdust rotary dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc.

3. BSM sawdust dryer is manufactured by adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material rising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency.

2. Big and small transmission gears adopt pin column replaceable gear, instead of traditional steel casting gear, saving investment cost, and greatly reduce the repair cost and time.
3. Large handling capacity and high heat efficiency. When drying unbound water, its heat efficiency can reach 60%.
