The machine sawdust dryer can dry many different raw materials contain large moisture, such as sawdust, coal, coal slurry, sand, slag, clay, chicken manure and other wet materials. They are widely used in building materials, metallurgy, and chemical industry.
It consists rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components.
Applications
The Rotary Dryer is applicable for particle materials, and is also applicable for paste and viscous materials which are mingled with particle materials, or materials whose water content is high, Such as coal, coal slurry, slag, sand, silica sand, fly ash, ore powder, sludge, industrial waste, and clay stone. Rotary dryer are widely used in building materials, metallurgy, and chemical industry.
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drum dryer, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.
1. The internal adopts assembled structure which has improved the accuracy of the equipment and it is easy to transport and install.
2. According to the characteristics of different fertilizers ,we have arranged the second granulation zone reasonably so as to improve the granulation effect .
3. Adopts assembled hoist board so as to exchange heat fully and lower the energy consumption .
4.Temperature induction monitor, uniform vibration and air-proof setting, which improve performance and productivity efficiently.
5.The assorted combustion furnace is a type of energy efficient and has the characteristics of smaller area, easy regulation and equipped with greenhouse.
