Working Principle
Spindle is hollow rotor mounted directly on the shaft, stator fixed inside the spindle housing by cooling sleeve , forming a complete spindle unit and driven to run directly by rotor powered.
Structure
Spindle motor composes of spindle, housing body, built-in AC servo motor, auxiliary device, detection device.
Speed change is controlled by spindle driver mould, while temperature rise controlled by cooling device. Behind mounted measuring speed & angular displacement encoder, loose knife cylinder, rotary joint. Front inner taper and end face is used to install tool , tool grip. Middle have tool pull rod and tool clamping spring.
