TRF SUCTION-RETURN FILTER
TRF suction-return filters are used for hydrostatic transmission, under all the motion
conditions, when the flow rate of return oil is always higher than the flow rate of the
hydraulic pump output.Through full-flow filtration of filter element, meet the highest
cleanliness rating requirements. The product is suction-return oil filtration in one,
can filter the suction oil completely,so that contaminants cannot enter the hydraulic
pump. Through the full-flow filtration of the system return oil line, protecting the hydraulic
pump from particles contamination.
RF series filters consist of the housing and filter element, also has check valve (0.5bar),
two-way ball valve with transparent hose, filter element, pressure safety valve (2.5bar),
emergency suction valve for protecting filter element, pressure control valve (0.5bar),
oil returning port, suction oil mouth of supply pump, pressure clogging indicator port,
and vacuum clogging indicator port etc.

Note: * represents filtration rating. All the filters have M12 x 1.5 additional interface and plug.Pressure gauge or pressure switch can both be used for clogging alarm of oil return side.Oil suction side can also be added vacuum switch for monitoring.
