Installation Steps and Precautions:
The filter element is a consumable item and must be replaced promptly when clogged. Ensure that the system tank and piping are thoroughly flushed before use. When adding oil, always use a filling device equipped with a filter; do not allow the oil in the tank to come into direct contact with air. Avoid mixing old and new oil. Following these practices will help extend the service life of the hydraulic oil filter element.
Precautions:
Turn off the equipment and disconnect the power supply.
Close all oil port valves.
Open the drain port at the bottom of the precision filter and the vent valve on the top to completely drain the oil from the filter housing.
Open the top cover of the precision filter and remove the old hydraulic oil filter element.
Clean the entire filter assembly.

When installing the new hydraulic oil filter element, pay close attention to cleanliness. Maintain a clean working environment throughout the entire process; otherwise, foreign contaminants may be introduced.

Purpose and Features of the Filter Elements:
Filter elements are used to remove or block contaminants that enter the system from external sources or are generated by component wear during operation. They effectively prevent premature wear or seizure of components and actuators caused by contamination. These filter elements feature a compact structure and small size. The filter media, made of imported glass fibre, provide high filtration accuracy, excellent flow capacity, low initial pressure drop, and large dirt‑holding capacity. The filtration accuracy is rated in accordance with ISO standards.
