(1) Introdution
RFB With Check Valve Magnetic Return Filter
This kind of oil filter can be used in hydraulic system for fine filtration. This series can filter metal impurity, rubber impurity or other contamination, and keep the oil back to the tank clean.
(2) Performance and feature
2.1. This oil filter can be equipped on the top, at the side, or on the bottom of the tank and filter head is exposed outside the tank, the filter bowl should be immersed in the oil, so that the piping system is simplified, the system arrangement is compact.
2.2. Every oil filter is equipped with a permanent magnet to remove ferrous contaminant or impurity in the oil above 1um.
2.3. Bypass valve: When the oil filter is driving on the base of cold oil, the filter will be out of working because of low oil temperature, element with contaminants, flow fluctuation etc. The by-pass valve will open automatically to protect element and system working safe(opening pressure is 0.4MPa).
2.4. Check valve: The oil filter is at the side or in the bottom of tank to prevent oil flowing out from tank when the filter element is changed.
2.5. Fluid diffuser, at the bottom of tank can keep oil smooth flowing into tank without bubble to reduce air accessing tank again, weaken the contaminants remove. When the by-pass valve is open, it has the action of rough filtration.
2.6. Visual indicator and electrical indicator is combined indicator apparatus, overflow pipe, dirt accumulated baffle.
When the oil filter element accumulated contaminants more gradually, you can observe element jam condition and accept signals from electrical indicator. Overflow pipe and dirt accumulated baffle at the bottom of filter element can avoid contaminants falling into the tank again, when filter need changed.
2.7. Filter element is made of glass fiber with high filtration accuracy, huge oil fluxion, low initial pressure loss and huge dirt holding capacity etc. and the filtration accuracy is assessed by absolute filtration accuracy. Filtration ratio β3, β5,β10,β20≥200, filter efficiencyη≥99.5%.
2.8. Having the feature of convenient connection and element changed: Oil inlet with flanged connection is equipped between filter head and tank. Clients can design or add six flanged screw in the tank cover depending on graph size. When you inject the oil to the tank, you just need open filter cover.
2.9. Enclosed oil-back hole: There are two mini oil back hole at the side, on the top of filter each. When the oil returns back, it can filter for fine filtration. Owing to the filter is equipped at the side or in the bottom of tank, you can clean the impured oil within filter after opening the oil-back hole in order to extend filter life, and benefit for oil purifying.
