RFA Tank Mounted Filter/Hydraulic Return Oil Filter with Bypass Valve, Diffuser and Clogging Indicator
1. Product introduction
This kind of filter can be used in hydraulic system for oil return fine filtration, and can keep the oil back to tank clean. This filter can be installed on the cover of the tank and the filter bowl is immersed in the oil tank, the direct return oil is adopted, it is more convenient to replace the filter element.

Note: 1)The inlet flange plate, connecting screw and seals etc. accessories, which can be provided by us, the user only needs to prepare φQ tube for the welding.
2) 2-m is the screw hole with M18×1.5 ,which can be used for installing the indicator in each side or as the small oil returning hole and equipped with plug.

5. Product characteristic curves
The total filter assembly pressure drop is the sum of housing and element pressure drop,filter selection calculated as per the following curves.
5.1 Housing pressure drop / flow rate characteristic curves
Housing pressure drop /flow rate characteristic curves are according to ISO3968, and suitable for the mineral oil with density 0.86 kg/dm³ and kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s.
5.2 Differential pressure / flow characteristic curves of filter element
The characteristic curves of filter element are suitable for the mineral oil with kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s.Differential pressure and viscosity is proportional.
