1.DFB... MA/DFB... QE series filters can be directly installed on system valve block, especially suitable for automatic control system and the servo system (can replace hydac DF...MA/DF... QE Series).
2.Filter basic construction
DFB...MA/DFB...QE series filter consists of the cover and the spin-on housing.
The DFB...QE filter bowl with the flow rate above 660 liter is integral type; below 660 is separated structure.
2.1 Housing material
Filter cover: Ductile cast iron
Filter bowl: Carbon steel

Perbunan (=NBR) (-30~+120°C); Viton=FPM(-20~+200°C)

3. DFB...QE series 160.240.280 can choose outlet is on the top of inlet, /-0AI is added after the model.

3.The total filter assembly pressure drop is the sum of housing and element pressure drop,filter selection calculated as per the following curves.
3.1 Housing pressure drop / flow rate characteristic curves
Housing pressure drop /flow rate characteristic curves are according to ISO3968, and suitable for the mineral oil with density 0.86 kg/dm³ and kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s.
3.2 Differential pressure / flow characteristic curves of filter element
The characteristic curves of filter element are suitable for the mineral oil with kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s. Differential pressure and viscosity is proportional.
