High frequency straight seam resistance welding (ERW), with hot rolled plate roll after molding machine molding, using high frequency current skin effect and proximity effect, make the edge of tube billet heating melt, in under the action of squeezing roller pressure welding to product.
Features
1) size precision is high
Outside diameter and wall thickness deviation are smaller
2) good toughness
Due to the high strength, high toughness, the welding, carbon sulfur phosphorus content is low, the impact toughness is greatly increased.
3) collapsing antiknock performance
Compared with API seamless casing collapsing strength 30% ~ 40%, 50% higher antiknock performance.
4)ERW casing with hot rolled coil plate, tube billet of fine grains, high density, is better than that of seamless tube.
