Stone Cone Crusher
Cone Crusher is used to crush all kinds of ores and rocks with medium hardness or with above-medium hardness in many industries, which are metallurgy, building, road building, chemical and silicate industry. It is very suitable for intermediate crushing and fine crushing of ores and rocks. There are by and large three types of cone crusher. PY cone crusher — Product feature

5. The movable cone swings close to discharge opening of crushing cavity, which intersects an equal parallel strip between them to make end products granularity. The feed opening is not large, which can deal with the primary crushed materials.
PY cone crusher — Product application
This kind of cone crusher is widely applied in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. It is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, grit stone, etc.
Cone Crusher Working Principle:
When Cone Crusher works, transmission shaft and cone begin revolving consistently by the impact of eccentric shaft shell moving, which is driven by the electric motor through belt pulley and coupling. Therefore, cone's crushing wall closes to the rolling white wall fixed to the adjusting shell from time to time. The material in the crushing chamber (the space between cone's crushing wall and the rolling wall) will be pressed, crooked and crushed continuously until becoming expected particles.
When foreign body or superabundant material enter into the crushing chamber, spring insurance system will work to make the discharge opening become larger so as to move the unexpected object from crushing chamber. And, if the foreign body was blocked in the discharge opening, clearing system would work to make it become much larger till the unexpected object got removed. Provided the object has been removed, the opening will reset automatically under the help of springs. So, the whole machine works again.
Cone Crusher Characters:
1) Trustworthy insurance system: The spring insurance system applied in this machine can adjust the size of discharge opening to make sure that crusher works safely.
2) Adjustable crushing chamber:The shape of crushing chamber plays a very important role in the whole machine's performance. The Cone Crusher has four kinds of chamber shapes. Customers can choose the suitable one according to their specific demands.
3) Easy replacing of chamber: There is no need to fill the reverse side of crushing wall with anything when install a new crushing wall. Because it is fixed by bolts, which not only decreases the difficulty of replacing, but also increases the speed.
4) Simple operation: The Cone Crusher employed high-pressure resistant displacement tranducer. When the operator wants to adjust the size of the discharge opening, he only need press the button on the operation board. In addition, the operator can see the changing process of the size. So, it is extremely convenient and precise.
