Introduction of charcoal carbonization furnace :
Our charcoal carbonization furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettesto have anoxic distillation carbonization.
Adopting reasonable structure, the carbonizing furnace needs small quantity of heat consumption only. And the most important is that our carbonizing furnace is equipped with Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal and shorten the
production cycling time to 24~48 hours with the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency and energy saving. The final products charcoal briquette bars can be used for heating furnace, industrial boilers, biomass power plant, barbecue and so on.
Self-ignite carbonization furnace of charcoal making machine which greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours), and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, and energy saving.
Self-ignite Carbonization Furnace of charcoal making machine is an stove used to change biomass briquette into charcoal briquette. We can provide the technology for establishing a charcoal kiln. The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly.
Working Principle of charcoal carbonization furnace:
The carbonization furnace of charcoal making machine adopts the hightemperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the man-made briquette to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with hyperploid high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production.
Moreover, the stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process,and increasing the enterprise revenue.
Characteristics of charcoal carbonization furnace:
1. This furnace is ideal equipment for charring wood briquettes into charcoal briquette. The wood
briquette will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace.
2. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption.
3. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period.
4. Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
5. Carbonization time is 3-4 days.
6. The furnace use 6mm steel plate.
