1.Introduction of charcoal carbonization furnace:
Charcoal carbonization furnace is used to carbonize original wood, wood briquette, wood branch etc. and make it to be charcoal which is widely used in charcoal factory . The charcoal has been used in resuturant,hospital, hotel,school and so on. There is no extra power needed in the processing of charcoal. It is used the fire to make the energy which also saves the cost.
For the charcoal carbonization furnace , we produce two types. One is self-ignite type. Another is hoist type whose inner pot could be hanged out and the whole time would be saved.
The both type is equipped with the wood tar, wood vinegar collecting system which would be no harm for earth.

Product details of charcoal carbonization furnace:
The gas produced inside the carbonization chamber flows down through the vertical pipes visible on the outside of the stove. These pipes deliver the gas to the firebox under the chamber to aid combustion and continue heating the carbonization chamber from the outside.
Carbonization furnace (gas flow type) is our newest developed products with 3 patents (2006100177
04.5, 200630100340.8, 200620031713.5), and adopts advanced hot air carbonizing processing technology, which greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours), and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, and energy saving.
The hoist loading carbonization furnace is our new invent, which is also combined type. The charcoal can be hoisted outside, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increases a lot. It is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.
This type of furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue
