2). The casting equipment: machining center, CNC milling and turning machine, Lathe, Forging hammer, drilling tapping, grinding and polishing machine, etc.
3). The casting is produced completely according to your drawing in cluding tolerance, dimension, smoothness, treatment, material. We also provide applicable advice according to the usage ot the products.
4). Facing Method :Raw materials manufacturing, rust prevent, ting oil, spray paint, hot galvanization, cold galvanization or colored eletroplate, powder coating and so on.
5). Quality Approvals: all casting machining part are subjected to 3 phases of thorough inspection using qualified instrument before dispatching.
