OEM Metal Parts:
OEM products including CASTING PRODUCTS, FORGING PRODUCTS,RAW MATERIAL PRODUCTS.
1). Facing Method :Raw materials manufacturing, rust prevent, ting oil, spray paint, hot galvanization, cold galvanization or colored eletroplate, powder coating and so on.
2). Quality Approvals: all machining part are subjected to 3 phases of thorough inspection using qualified instrument before dispatching.
The Equipments for Producing & Inspection:
1). Producing:machining center, CNC milling and turning machine, Lathe, Forging hammer, drilling tapping, grinding and polishing machine, etc.
2). Inspection: Direct-reading spectrometer hi-temperature metallographic microscope chemical analysis equipment, supersonic inspection machine, impact testing machine,3-D measuring machine inspection.
The OEM Products are produced completely according to your drawing including tolerance, dimension, smoothness, treatment, material. We also provide applicable advice according to the usage ot the products.
What is the information we require for customer before we make the quotation?
- 1. Necessary size & Dia. ( inch or mm)
- 2. Drawing or blueprint is enough for quotation
- 1. Customer RFQ
- 2. Information Confirm (Drawing or samples specific reuqiremnets)
- 4. Order Confirm (PI, PO)
- 5. Sample producing (upon receipt of 30% deposit)
- 6. If sample approved, go to main production
- 7. Delibery ( balance T/T, Customs clerance documents, 70% against B/L)
What working plants we equiped to producing products ?
1. Sand/Ludux Casting Plants: 30 workers with advanced equipments, 4000 square meters with stove, mould design machinery,testing machinery, material analisis equipments, etc.
2. Manufacturing Plants: 50 workers in 4000 square meters workshop, have CNC Center, CNC Lathe, Milling and Cutting Machine, Tensile test machine, etc.
3. Cylidner Assembling Plants: 20 workers with auto-line assembling producing. 2000 square meters workshop equipments with Auto-pressure test machine, auto-pianting line, auto-cleaning machine, etc.

Packing detail : productions shoud be packed with cartonbox, with or without edge protectors ,according to the demand of our clients
Q1: what are we doing before products shipping out?
Re.: 1. 100% Inspecting for products , final check for the packing, notice customer.
2. Giving customer the chain information, like the material certification, inspect reports, testing results.etc.
3. Providing the packing detail, including the customs documents, products putting pictures, container chaining. etc.
Q2: what we will do after customer receive the bad products?
Re: 1. For shipping problems: check with forwarder why it happened, and take responsibilty if our packing is wrong.
2. If the sample is approved, and problems happened in main production. We first to find out the reason, and then come out the best solution for customers. Like giving some discount, take charge for the air shipping cost, etc.
3. We will have " quality feedbacks" in factory, and give a lesson to workers, and insure this problem will not be happen next time.
