1.Company Information

Our company was founded in October, 2000, specializing in the production of springs, axles, screws, plastic metal stamping parts and other metal parts. Our main production modes are designing and proofing based on drawings, concepts and samples provided by customers. We provide samples for customers for review, verification and confirmation and then put into production as follows:

Our company has 3000 square meters of production workshops and more than 60 employees divided into four workshops-spring / stamping / screw / axle:

1) Spring Department: with 8 sets of 502 computer omnipotent machines, 4 sets of computerized compression spring machines and supporting heat treatment / projector / pull pressure test machines. Daily output: 300000 pieces of profiled springs and 800000 pieces of compression springs

2) Stamping Department: with 15 sets of 10-45T punches, 3 sets of wire cutting machines and a full set of hardware stamping mold equipment. Providing a full set of services, including proofing, molding, design and stamping. Daily output: 1200000 pieces of various types of metal stamping parts

3) Screw Department: with 45 sets of 0#- 2.5# heading / roll machines. Daily output: 3000000 pieces of M1.2 ~ M8 3.5MM ~ 120MM plastic and alloy screws, tacks and rivets.

4) Axle Department: with 21 sets of semi-automatic / automatic toy axle machines. Daily output: 2000000 pieces of #1.0 ~ #8.0 various axes / rubbing spent axes.

In terms of quality control, we stress the concept of "quality is the life of our enterprise", using the first three pieces product inspection and the whole production inspection ways for strict quality control. Following the requests of RoHS and Heavy Element, we send products to the third party notarization institute for internationally recognized inspection, with complete inspection report. Our factory has our own salt spray machines and can test all kinds of metal surface treatment of anti-rust effect, in order to ensure the quality of our products.
