Vibrating Rod can Drain Water in Concrete or Cement
Vibrating rod is a kind of mechanical tamping tool used in concrete or cement. It can remove the air bubble and pitting surface to improve concrete strength and ensure the quality of concrete components. Vibrating spear has double oil seal to prevent oil entering. It has small size, light weight, quick return speed, low noise and high efficiency. We have three types vibrating rods which are gasoline vibrating rod, electric vibrating rod and pneumatic type vibrating rod. According to vibration principle, there are two kinds of vibrating spears: eccentric vibrating spear and planetary vibrating spear.
Rolling head connects a section soft hose.
VR-1: Vibrating rod has double oil seal device.A motor connects the blue soft hose and rolling head.
VR-2: Electric vibrating rod is more popular in the market.Gasoline vibrating spear has gasoline engine, soft hose and rolling head.
VR-3: Gasoline vibrating spear can vibrate concrete or cement.Straight vibrating spear has an orange handle, a short section soft hose and a rolling head.
VR-4: Straight vibrating spear can be used in bridge or building construction.

Vibration principle
eccentric vibrating rod: there is a quality eccentric shaft installed in the middle of vibrating rod, centrifugal force produced in high speed spin transmit to vibrating rod casing through bearing, thus the vibrating rod produces circle vibration.
planetary vibrating rod: there is a one end floating shaft in vibrating rod, when it rotates, cone part on its bottom scroll according to conical surface of the rod casing, planetary motion forming the rolling element drives the rod do circle vibration.
