In normal circumstance, the heat pump unit should be securely mounted on the stable and strong ground, for installation in other ways, please contact our dealer, or contact us directly, so as to avoid improper installation and the inconvenience caused thereof.
Whether the water system of the heat pump is properly installed or not will directly influence the functions and performance of the heat pump unit. It is advised that a professional construction team be employed for installation of pipes of the water system.
