1. What equipment will be included in this production line ?
It include the material feeder,concrete mixer,tile machine and tile pallet.
2. How many pieces of cement tile can it make ?
It can produce 360-480 pieces tiles per hour.
3. Can you please tell me the area of these equipment ?
The equipment need around 150m2,the curing place need 60m2.
4. How many workers need to operate the machine?
It need 3 worker,the first one feed the raw materials,the second one control the plc,the third one take the finished roof tiles to the curing place..
5. Can you change the voltage according to us ?
We can change the voltage into 220V/240V/380V/450V or others.
6. How many container will be needed ?
The whole equipment need 40 feet container.
