QT6-15C block machine
Vibration system contains platform vibration and mould vibration. The platform vibration was drived by hydraulic oil and program, bringing a vertical and synchronal vibration and achieving low frequency in feeding material, high frequency making. According to different product, we can change the vibration.
The feeding system adopts active compulsive feeding technique .On the affect of feeding tooth, it can feed material average, which is propitious to thin products.
Application of digital control systems and sensor technology, combined with effective and makes all act exactness and trustiness. So that it is the same with different conditions. The adoption of a variety of advanced technology is easy to be operated. The system is of fault diagnosis system.

Electric system and hydraulic system work together with the machine. Changing the vibration form, it can realize lower frequency in feeding material and high frequency in vibration. so provide the product with one height in a pallet.
