Calcium Hydroxide Production Line Introduction:
Calcium Hydroxide Production Line/ Slaked Lime Production Line refers to calcinations of Quicklime into Calcium Oxide, and then slakes the selected Calcium Oxide and water based on the ratio of 1: (3 ~ 3.5).
After generating Calcium Hydroxide-water mixture, then in the process of purification, separation, deslagging, centrifugal dehydration, drying under the temperature of 150~300℃, rescreening powders more than 120 mesh.
Finally, we will get high quality calcium hydroxide whose chemical formula is CaCO3→CaO+CO2↑CaO+H2O→Ca (OH) 2.
