Polyethylene plastic buckets installed on bucket elevator for liftingg bulk materials
When the driving device start working , it drives the pulley to make the belt with plastic buckets to do the circular movement from the bottom of the tail part to the top of the head part. The head section has outlet and the tail section has inlet.
The bucket is filled with material and run to the head section, then the material is thrown out from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design.With the running, the empty bucket is back to the below tail section and be filled with material from the inlet again,then be lifted up to do parabolic discharge movement . So this cycle finish the vertical transport of materials.
