Application
1. Material handling equipment Screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment and widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering department, food processing and machinery etc.
2. When the inclination angle less than 20 degrees,it is suitable to convey low viscosity, non perishable, non caking, granular and powdered, pieces of material.
Working principle
Material handling equipment Screw conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying equipments with spiral blade rotation to push the material forward, suitable for conveying Cereals, flour, cement, chemical fertilizer, slag, sand, stone, coal, small coal and other materials.The material can be discharged at the proper outlet at the bottom of case . Conveyor with simple construction, be able to feed and discharge in many position, it is easy to operate, have a good seal.
Performance and feature
1. small section size, good sealing performance, stable and reliable operation, can be an intermediate point loading and unloading and safe operation, convenient repair.
2.simple structure, low manufacture cost.
3. All sections of screw conveyor are connected with flange. Screw blades are integral connection.
4. Inlet and outlet chutes have many kinds of connections, such as flange, sack, universal joint, etc.
Composition
Screw conveyor usually consists of conveyor body, the inlet and outlet device, driving device of three parts.
Screw conveyor body consists of head section, the middle section, the tail section of three parts.
