Unique design GX series screw conveyor for conveying bulk materials
This type of conveyor is ordinary screw conveyor, it has strong adaptability, low noise and convenient operation maintain, and the position arrange vivid in the mouth and feeding.There are type of S and D altogether. It can transport small lumpish material of various power or grain level or have a angle, such as coal power, power, cement, sand, spread food, small piece coal and pebble etc. Its work environment temperature is from 20 degrees to 50 degrees, the temperature of the material which was transport should be low in 200 degrees. Working principle
When the drive device of tubular screw conveyor starts, the helical blade in the case push the material and make the material do axial movement. The material can be discharged at the proper outlet at the bottom of case . Conveyor with simple construction, be able to feed and discharge in many position, it is easy to operate, have good seal capability and environmental friendly.
Performance and features of tubular screw conveyor
1. Simple structure, good sealing, good quality ,large capacity, easy operation and low power invest cost.
2. Working temperature is -20~50°C, with material temperature below 200°C.
3. Axle head and conveying spiral adopt spline connection, with features of convenient mounting & diassembling, large load capacity and stability.
4. All sections of screw conveyor are connected with flange. Screw blades are integral connection.
5. Inlet and outlet chutes have many kinds of connections, such as flange, sack, universal joint, etc.
