Continuous grain used silo bucket elevator machine
Application scope
Bucket elevator is widely used in grain and oil, metallurgy, cement, chemical, light industry and so on. It is used for lifting grain ,piece coal, crushed stone, mineral stone, egg stone, dry and bulk and fluidity power, granular and block material and so on. The material density is not more than 2 t/m3, the site temperature is not more than 2500C.
Operating principle
When the driving device of bucket elevator start working , it drives the puley to make the belt with plastic buckets to do the circular movement from the below of the tail to the top of the head The head section has outlet and the tail section has inlet.
The bucket bucket is filled with material and run to the head section, then the material is thrown out from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design.With the running, the empty bucket is back to the below tail section and be filled material from the inlet again,then be lifted up to do parabolic discharge movement . So this cycle finish the vertical transport of materials.

1.It need small installation space and can lift more materials. it can convey the grain, for example wheat, soybean , corn etc.
2.The transmission capacity is large, it is up to 800 t/h.
