Autoclaved Sand-lime Brick Machine:
First, raw material preparation
Sand and lime is the main raw material of sand-lime brick production, the sand can be used river sand, sea sand, Aeolian sand, sand deposition and Concentrator tail minerals and, in accordance with different types of sand mining and characteristics, each adopting different methods of mining. Second, mixture preparation
Preparation mixture, mix design must be carried out. Mix design should consider making brick and have sufficient strength to meet pre-established product performance, such as strength, durability, antifreeze and stability in the medium erosion, etc.. Third, brick molding
