Raw materials for wood pellet production line:
Any type of agri-forestry waste can be used:
1.wood waste, sorbs, branch, palm tree, sugarcane residue, saw dust , medical slag, hay, discarded edible fungus bags
2.bean stalk, wheat stalk, corn stalks, cotton stalks, sunflower stalks, mustard stalk, rice stalks, rice husk, coffee Husk, cotton shell, peanut shell, rice shell, coconut shell.
The whole wood pellet production line:
1). Crusher (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);
↓
2). Dryer (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 8% - 13%);
↓
3). Pellet mill (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 2 - 30mm, up to you);
↓
4). Cooling machine (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);
↓
5). Sieving machine (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);
↓
6). Packing machine (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).
