Wood Pellet Mill
The wood pellet mill is applied to the shapless material with low adhesiveness such as the rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell branch, trunk, bark, crop straws, rubber, cement ,ash and other chemical materials. The wood pellet mill can be widely used in the feed plant, wood processing, fuel plant, fertilizer plant and chemical plant etc. It is the ideal pressing shaping equipment with low investment and high profit.

Working Process of Ring Die wood pellet mill
1. Crushing, make the raw materials to be granulated.
2. Sifter the material
3. Drying, if the raw materials has too much moisture.
4. Pelletizing
5. Cooling and packing
Features of Ring Die wood pellet mill
1. The wood pelletizer can be powered by both diesel engine and Emotor. We adopt the new design of direct Connection of motor shaft and the main shaft that overcome the loose defect of belt connecting as long time Using.
2. The diesel eingine with the clutch and accelerating-decelerating device to change its speed. It is still for the belt to drive the main shaft.
3. The machine can run smoothly with few noises. This machine is situable for making oil cake for the feedstuff. It could be granule/pellet for the fish, chicken.
Materials for making the pellets
1. Raw materials:all kinds of raw materials, for example: palm fiber, sawdust, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo powder, alfalfa powder etc.
2. Requirements of the raw materials:
1). Moisture content: less than 12%
2).Length: less than 6mm.

1. What is the Type of your pellet machine ?
Our pellet machine are ring die pellet machine, high-tech, full automatic, during the production process, the pellets will press out by the roller from the mold horizontally not vertically, so it is the roller running around the mold, thus will save a lot of pressure, so the mold and roller can be used for longer time, and capacity will be higher than the vertical-mold pellet machine at the same power condition.
2. What is the Largest Capacity of your machine?
We have three types, 1 set pellet machine in one, 2 sets pellet machine in one, 3 sets pellet machine in one
For single pellet machine, the largest capacity is YFM-9S-3, 97KW, 1-1.5 ton per hour. We have a pellet machine unit — 3 sets of pellet machine as one unit which is feeding by sub-feed conveyor automatically. That is about 1.5*3=4.5t/h, so capacity could be as large as you want.
3. What are the Wear Parts of your machines and their working life?
The wears parts of our pellet machine are mold and gear of roller ,
Mold can be used for making 1000- 1500 ton pellets,
Gear can be used for making 300-500 ton pellets
4. What kind of Machines does the whole pellet line include?
1) Moisture content: if higher than 15%, by dryer or drying by the sun.
2) Length: if larger than 8mm, should use crusher.
3) Cooler: after pelletizing, if you want to pack the pellets immediately, you should use cooler, otherwise put the pellets aside and cooling by nature.
4) Packing machine: after cooling, could be packed by manual or by packing machine.
