I. Brief Introduction
HZS25-25m3/h Concrete Plant is the smallest capacity during our all models. It is used to produce concrete for construction of building, bridges, water conservancy project, power plant, highway, and other infrastructure projects.
II. General Information of HZS25 (25m3/h) Concrete Plant
1. Power: 380V, 50HZ, 3 Phase;
2. Control mode: Panel control
3. Main components: PLD800 with 3 storage bins; JS500 concrete mixer (0.5m3); cement, water and additive weighing system; control system; one set of 50T non-detachable cement silo; one set of φ219mm*8M*11kw screw conveyor;
4. Container needed: Three 40HQ;
5. Production Lead time: Around 20 days
6. Auxiliary equipments we supply: wheel loader; concrete mixing truck; concrete pump.

1. Mixing Part: JS500 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer
Feeding Capacity: 800L
Discharging Capacity: 500L

2. Batching System: PLD800-2/3 Bins
For aggregate batching machine, we can offer three kinds:
- Accumulative weighing batching machine
- Rubber Belt accumulative weighing batching machine
- Separate weighing batching machine
3. Weighing system of 25m3/h Concrete Plant:
There are four weigher, separately for cement, flyash, water and liquid additive.

-Our Concrete Mixing Batching Plant all transport by 40 feet Container. All the parts will be well put in the contianer and fixed. Electric parts will be package by plastic bag and wooden box before they put into container. Detailed MARK will be pasted as per your request.
-We always choose directly reached vessel because it can short the transport time and reduce damage for cargo. All the documents copy will send by email to customers first and then original documents will be sent soon via air.

A- Our standard configuration is PLD3200 batcher, JS or JSS 2000 (2m3) mixer, belt conveyor, cement measuring system, fly ash measuring system, additive measuring system, additive mixing system, water measuring system, water storage system, control system, mixing steel structure, outside protect system, dust remove system etc as necessary items and powder supply system and silos as optional items.
Q- Can I make my own configuration?
A- As a professional manufacturer, we not only supply standard products also we accept customer service. You can delete any item you do not need and add any item you want. You can also replace some key parts to world famous brand. Our control system is applicable. We will provide professional advice and respect your choice.
